SOFIA EXES Enhanced Data

The Stratospheric Observatory For Infrared Astronomy (SOFIA) Echelon-Cross-Echelle Spectrograph (EXES) enhanced data is a subset of the original data that was provided by the EXES pipeline and went through additional processing. It involved improved sky line cancellation for high-res observations of the 17 um H_2 S(1) line, combined spectra of Titan, removing Baselines from cross-dispersed, multi-order 1D EXES spectra, and generating custom wavemaps.

This dataset or service is made available by the Infrared Science Archive (IRSA) at IPAC, which is operated by the California Institute of Technology under contract with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
