People of IPAC: New Leaders, New Roles, New Staff

There were many changes in the IPAC team in the first half of 2026. We filled 17 positions with people who either joined IPAC afresh or with existing staff who transitioned to new roles. These included leadership changes with Harry Teplitz becoming the new Head of Science Staff and Roberta Paladini becoming the new Deputy Head of Science Staff. IPAC and Caltech also mourned the tragic passing of IPAC Staff Scientist Carl Grillmair.
