Long-baseline interferometry with the CHARA Array is turning stars into directly measurable laboratories across the H–R diagram. I will present results from young stars to evolved cluster giants, including precision tests of stellar models, new constraints on binary evolution pathways, and emerging insights into rapidly rotating stars. These efforts highlight where current models succeed and where they fail. CHARA is enabling a coherent, empirical view of stellar evolution across all phases.
