For decades, the Astrophysics Data System (ADS) has served as a foundational tool for the astrophysics community, enabling researchers to discover and seamlessly access vast bodies of literature and data. To meet the growing interdisciplinary demands of NASA's Science Mission Directorate, this trusted platform is evolving into the Science Explorer (SciX). Built directly upon ADS’s robust architecture, SciX expands its scope to integrate resources across Astrophysics, Heliophysics, Planetary Science, Earth Science, and Biological & Physical Sciences. It is now a unified hub that goes beyond traditional publications, featuring significantly expanded content and direct links connecting literature to the underlying software, datasets, and grant awards. This presentation will detail the remarkable growth and capabilities of SciX since its beta launch at AGU 2023. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including machine learning and language models, SciX is scaling to support the diverse needs of a broader scientific community. Attendees will learn what distinguishes the SciX platform from their beloved ADS and how to take full advantage of its new features in their everyday research needs.
