Herschel Cycle 2 Open Time Proposal Deadline

The Herschel Cycle 2 Open Time call for proposals has been released, with a proposal deadline due at ESA on 15 September 2011 at 12:00h UT. AO-2 is the last Herschel AO cycle for observing time proposals. The NASA FUNDING PROPOSAL deadline is 23 September 2011.
