S M T W T F S

This webinar includes two major components: A "news update" on improvements in SPIRE data processing, and an extended question- and-answer session for any issues that participants would like to bring up. The 20-minute update on the photometer will cover improved map-making with the destriper (now part of the standard processing), upgraded error maps, better handling of "cooler burps", and new photometry tasks. The spectrometer news include improved point source and bright mode calibration, better calibration for low-resolution observations, and new useful scripts for background subtraction and spectral noise. Participants are encouraged to register at the NHSC Helpdesk, http://nhsc.ipac.caltech.edu/helpdesk/index.php, to receive reminders and to communicate the issues they would like the session to address. However, registration is not required to join the webinar. More information is available at the SPIRE news page at: https://nhscsci.ipac.caltech.edu/sc/index.php/Spire/News
