  • Please note that you must register by the early registration deadline to be considered for a contributed talk.

  • Early conference registration: $225
  • Late conference registration: $275
  • Onsite conference registration: (cash and checks only) $325
  • Field trip: $20

    • Field trip registration includes:

  • Transportation from the Hilton to Mt. Wilson Observatory and back
  • Lunch
  • A guided tour of Mt. Wilson Observatory

    • Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Registration fee refunds will be given before 17 September 2010 minus a $50.00 processing fee. If you need to cancel, please email ism2010 'at' ipac.caltech.edu. Unfortunately, after 17 September, no registration refunds will be given for canceling attendance to the conference.

Hotel Registration:

You must make your own hotel reservation. We have a special group rate of $123/night. This rate is only available until October 11, 2010, or until all the rooms have been booked. The Pasadena Hilton has setup a special registration page for this purpose. If you wish to reserve a room by phone the conference code is SZR.
