Talks:

We will include both invited and contributed talks in this conference. Abstracts should be submitted on the conference registration page.

To be considered for a contributed talk, the abstract needs to be submitted by the 31 August early registration deadline. The SOC will select contributed talks and notify speakers in late September. Those talks not selected will automatically become posters.

Invited reviews are 35 minutes + 5 minutes questions, invited talks 25 minutes + 5 minutes questions and contributed talks are 12 minutes + 3 minutes questions.

As you prepare your talks, please be advised of the following format requirements. We will support either Mac or PC presentations via PowerPoint, KeyNote, or Adobe PDF. To avoid unnecessary delays in switching computers, you will not be able use your own laptop for your talk. Please upload your talk to a memory stick (we will have several available for your convenience) and transfer to the presentation computer before your session begins.

Posters:

Abstracts should be submitted on the conference registration page.

The poster boards will accomodate a maxiumum poster size of 36 inches tall by 39 inches wide. Posters may be hung during the registration times on Monday and Tuesday. They must be taken down by the end of the afternoon coffee break on Thursday.

Proceedings:

Conference proceedings will consist of copies of the talks published on this website. Please check back shortly after the conference for copies of the talks.
