Sunday, February 12: Opening Reception and Check-inConference registration and a reception will be held the evening of Sunday, February 12 in the San Gabriel ballroom at the Pasadena Hilton. Weather permitting, the adjacent outdoor patio will also be open.

Wednesday, February 15: Conference Banquet - Porto Alegre Churrascaria restaurant
On Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm we'll gather for a social evening at Porto Alegre Churrascaria (260 E. Colorado Blvd., #227) in the Paseo Colorado shopping center. Diners will enjoy a large selection of roasted meats carved at your table along with a variety of hot side dishes and a large salad bar. There are plenty of delicious vegetarian options at the side dish and salad buffets. Dinner includes non-alcoholic drinks and a cash bar will be available. We will not be providing transportation for this event. Porto Alegre is within easy walking distance (less than ¼ mile) of the Pasadena Hilton (see area map). If you drive your own car, there is underground parking at Paseo Colorado with parking validation available at the restaurant.
The price of the dinner is not included in the conference registration fee. Tickets are available for $50 and may be purchased through the registration website. If you have already registered and would like to purchase a banquet ticket, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the waiver code to bypass the registration fee.
Banquet Ticket Cancellation Policy: cancellations must be received in writing or via email email@example.com by Jan. 13, 2012 for a full refund less a $15 processing fee. Cancellations received from Jan. 14 - Feb. 1, 2012 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after Feb. 1 or persons who do not appear at the conference are not eligible for any refund.
