  • Please note that you must register by the early registration deadline to be considered for a contributed talk.

    • Fees:

  • Early conference registration: $300
  • Late conference registration: $350
  • Onsite conference registration: $400 (cash and checks only)
  • Field trip: $35

  • Banquet attendance

    • Griffith Observatory Field trip registration includes:

  • Transportation from the Hilton to Griffith Observatory and back
  • Dinner
  • Planetarium Show

    • Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Registration fee refunds will be given before 5 September 2011 minus a $50.00 processing fee. If you need to cancel, please contact us. Unfortunately, after 5 September, no registration refunds will be given for canceling attendance to the conference.

    Student Aid:

    Students who are studying for a B.S. or higher in Astronomy or related field may be eligible for financial support. Please contact us for further information.

Hotel Registration:

You must make your own hotel reservation. We have a special group rate of $123/night. This rate is only available until 8 September 2011, or until all the rooms have been booked. The Pasadena Hilton has setup a special registration page for this purpose.
