1. Overview of the Combined 2MASS Calibration Scan Images and Source Lists

Figure 1 - A section of the 90004 2MASS calibration field

Rolling the cursor over the image switches between a single epoch 3-color (J+H+K_s) image of the 90004 calibration field and an image constructed by combining approximately 1400 observations of the field. The combined images reach completeness limits of J<19.2, H<19.0 and K_s<18.2 mag. This is half of the available data covering this field.
