General information

The user is requested to create an inputfile in a specific format (see below), which contains all the necessary information. The program will create an output file of a certain format, which contains the computed parameters: integration times, expected SNR, used aperture, OTT (On Target Time) and TDT (Target Dedicated Time). The program can process several concatenated observation requests and can run on subsequent files.
