The ISAP GUI is a Graphical User Interface to the ISAP routines. As the name suggests it is an interactive interface, whereby the data can be selected, displayed and manipulated by pushing buttons - sounds easy eh? Well it is providing you give yourself an hour to understand how the various buttons that drive the routines work. It is worth reading the section on using the GUI and the subsequent tutorials.
