There are two types of FITS files for PHT-S products.  They are the pipeline AAR products and PIA AAP products.

AAR Products (Pipeline)

The pipeline AAR products have the following prefixes followed by TDT numbers:
PSAP - SS point source spectra
PSAE - SS extended source spectra
PSAS - SS raster spectra
PLAP - SL point source spectra
PLAE - SL extended source spectra
PLAS - SL raster spectra
Note that the second letter S or L corresponds to SS (2.5-4.8 um) or SL (5.8-11.8 um), and the fourth letters P, E, and S represent point source, extended source, and raster pointing respectively.  When reading a point or extended source AAR product, the following GUI appears.  There are two measurements; the first is the "pseudo" dark measurement which is not a real measurement, and the second is the actual observation.  When you read both, the stored data will have either 1 or 2 for the suffix, and these numbers correspond to the pseudo dark and actual measurements respectively.
 


When reading a raster AAR product, you get the following GUI instead (position choices vary depending on your data).  Make your selection to load in the flux and uncertainty values at each position.


AAP Products (PIA)


The second type of FITS files are those produced via PIA from the AAP products, and their filenames start with SS or SL and end with "_AAP.FITS".  When this type is read by ISAP, you'll see the following options:

MNFL - mean flux in Jy
MDFL - median flux
Q1FL - first quartile of flux
Q3FL - third quartile of flux
MNBR - mean brightness in MJy/sr
MDBR - median brightness
Q1BR - first quartile of brightness
Q3BR - third quartile of brightness
For this FITS type, when you select the AAR FITS from the Read Data... on ISAP, you see the following window.  Make the desired selection and click on the OK button to continue.  If the data is a raster observation, then you get the above raster GUI first then the following.
